 What is your shipping policy?

All orders have a 7-10 business day (Monday-Friday & excluding holidays), processing time unless it is a pre-order, or noted otherwise. This means that there are 7-10 days business BEFORE your order ships. All of our products are handmade to order by Grace. We have a small team that does everything in house. Please note that we also have the right to extend the processing time for any reason. 

 

Why is my skin breaking out/irritated?

Although our products are made from the best ingredients, everything is not for everybody. If you experience any discomfort when using any TBG product, please stop immediately. It is possible that your skin is too sensitive for, or you are allergic to an ingredient. Also keep in mind your skin type when purchasing products. If you have any questions, please send an email or DM.

We recommend patch testing before fully trying all new products.

 

What's the best way to stay updated with TBG?

Download our app and turn on in-app notifications to be updated at all times! Our app users also receive exclusive items, first dibs on new products, and more. Subscribe to our email/text list and turn on post notifications on Instagram and Twitter. We are @tbgbodycare on all social media channels.

 

How should I contact TBG?

You can email us with any concerns or questions at info@tbgbodycare.com. If you inquiry is pertaining an order, please put your order number in the subject line, and your inquiry in the body of the email. We do not respond to any DMs about orders, and please do not DM Grace on her personal pages about your order.

 

My package is missing what do I do?

You have the option to insure your package at checkout (it is pre-selected by default). If you choose to not pay for shipping protection, we are not responsible for any losses. 

If your package is missing, says it was delivered and it wasn't, etc. YOU MUST CONTACT THE POST OFFICE! Once we drop off packages, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for keeping up with your tracking information or contacting the post office for you if there is a situation. 

If your package is protected, I will help you through the process of filing a claim. 

All priority mail packages are insured regardless of if you purchased shipping insurance or not. 

I received my package, but my items are damaged. What do I do?

Please email info@tbgbodycare immediately! As long as we have proof of damage, we will gladly send you a replacement item, free of charge. 

 

It says that my package was returned to you, what do I do next?

If your package gets returned to TBG, there is only one solution: we can reship your package, with a fee.

If we get your package sent back to us, we will contact you.

 

I put the wrong address on my order, how do I fix it?

You have 24 hours to fix your address on your package. Email info@tbgbodycare with your order number as the subject and the address you want to change your order to in the body. If it is after 24 hours, you will have to pay the address change fee. 

 

How long will my preorder take?

All information about pre-orders and how long they will take are in the item description and pre-order policy. Pre-orders typically have a 4-5 week processing time.
